Mandiri Solution Sdn Bhd (MSSB) is a 100% Bumiputra owned company focusing niche technology sphere referred to generally as interaction Contact Centre and CRM (Customer Relationship Management).

 

As a Business Partner of Avaya’s contact center solution, Mandiri Solution is one of a few Bumiputra ICT companies whose core business are in contact center management (inbound and outbound), CRM applications and telephony solutions. We strive towards helping our customers to:

Mandiri Solution consists of personnel who possesses up to 1 years of industry experience in the relatively young Malaysian contact center industry. The experience of our personnel extends from working experience with key Multinational corporations within the Call Centre industry and Enterprise Communication such as Siemens, Avaya and O’Connors Engineering.
